Sustainability is important to us!

Because nature is close to our hearts, we feel an obligation not only to our guests, but also to our environment. We at FAIRflats therefore attach great importance to sustainability and have decided to also include our guests in the measures we take.

  • The digital check-in with the room key on the smartphone and the sending of the invoice by e-mail saves us a lot of paper - and you a lot of time.
  • We also do without plastic bottles and offer you organic water from Bad Dürrheimer in a glass bottle at the reception.
  • We want to avoid plastic waste and promote waste separation. Appropriate waste containers are therefore available for waste separation.
  • We offer over-the-counter organic soaps and shampoos sourced from green, certified retailers.
  • When it comes to electricity, the top green electricity provider MONTANA supports us with environmentally friendly energy.
  • We use energy-saving LED light bulbs, making our holiday home even more environmentally friendly.
  • We do not use coffee machines with coffee capsules and instead offer you a French press coffee and a small mocha pot, with which you can brew your coffee freshly.
  • Your bedding is 100% cotton. This bedding not only benefits your sleep but also the environment.
  • The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. Here we rely on high-quality and biodegradable products from Ecover.

   

Information

Check-in & check-out
The holiday apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m. An earlier check-in is only possible by arrangement. A registration form must be completed online before check-in.

The condition for access to the FAIRflats holiday apartment is that the online check-in form must be filled out before arrival. Only after completing the online check-in can the access code be sent on the day of arrival.

Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. If you would like to leave later, this is only possible by prior arrangement. We charge €10 per hour for this.

Access to the holiday apartment
Check-in is easy using a key safe, for which you will receive a code by email on the day of arrival. This means you can travel flexibly and contactlessly.

Additional services
If you need additional cleaning, that's no problem. For an additional charge of €50, we will clean the apartment and leave you with fresh towels. Please contact us in good time via WhatsApp Tel. +49 1575 3517969 or via email info@weto-immobilien.de.

Rules

Arrival and departure
You can check in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. You have until 10 a.m. to check out on the day of departure.

If you have not checked out by 10 am, we will be forced to charge you for the costs. Early check-in and late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and only with a surcharge of €10 per hour or part thereof.

Pay
After your booking, you will receive an invoice from weto Immobilien GmbH by e-mail, with the request that you transfer this within 10 days. The price for the accommodation service booked by the guest must always be paid in advance. Cash payments are not accepted. In the case of reservations/bookings made on the day of arrival, the guest must pay for the stay immediately, usually within one hour.

Bookings
If you come from the same city and would like to book FAIRflats holiday apartments, you should contact us beforehand. This is how we want to protect ourselves from parties, events or similar.

Ban on parties and gatherings
In principle, noise should be avoided in the FAIRflats holiday apartment and on the surrounding area. The night's rest is to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. ("quiet times"). Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited in the FAIRflats holiday apartment. Please note that the number of guests in the apartment cannot exceed the number of guests specified in the reservation. For each additional person in the apartment, we charge a fee of 50 € per night.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. If pets are brought along, we reserve the right to charge a fee. Guests who bring service animals with them must consult us beforehand.

Internet / wifi
There is a wireless Internet connection (WLAN, 100 mBit/s) in the holiday apartment. You will receive the code for this in the apartment.

Commercial photography, videography and illegal activities
Commercial photography, videography or any other illegal activity is not allowed in our vacation home.

Customer data
Weto Immobilien GmbH is obligated to collect and record the guest's contact details to ensure communication. We are also entitled to digitally request a valid identification document upon check-in. For domestic guests this is an identity card or passport, for foreign guests it is always a passport. If the identity of a guest cannot be clarified beyond doubt due to missing or incorrect documents, weto Immobilien GmbH is entitled to cancel the booking. Please fill out the online check-in form that you receive and send it back to us as soon as possible.

Parking facilities
You can park for free in one of the parking lots right in front of the house. Please note that the carports and covered parking spaces are reserved exclusively for the residents of the house. Please do not park here.

Smoking / E-cigarette / Vaping
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please leave the holiday apartment to smoke and dispose of the completely cooled cigar remains in the residual waste bin. An ashtray is also provided on the balcony. Please make sure that the balcony door to the apartment remains closed during this time. If you do not comply with the smoking ban, we will be forced to charge you for the extraordinary cleaning costs of €250.
